About Village Restaurant Group

Village Restaurant group is well-known of traditional Jiangzhe cuisine. It was established in 1986 and presented the most genuine traditional cuisine for those mainlanders to cherish the memory in 1960’s. There were only two dining tables in the beginning in Shang hai Kitchen (Ren-ai 1) which is under the Village Restaurant Group. After few years expanding, the branch of Shang hai Kitchen (Ren-ai 2) was officially opened in October, 2008 and located at Taipei Young Party Center. Shang Hai Kitchen has developed into a well-known and modern Chinese style restaurant. We are continuously creating and explorations the complex Asian cuisine, in order to satisfy all of our customers.

The second generations inherited the family business, and brought the company to a new dimension. Therefore, they had been prepared for seven years until October of 2004 set up “Shi Lu Xuan Restaurant Management Consultants Co., Ltd which combines all elites and resource to build up the banquet hall for the theme wedding named “Amazing Hall”. This is first time ever, for wedding banquet to have different theme for our customers to choice a particular one for their special day. Moreover, we are different from the traditional service, so we are head of others to set up a team named “Wedding Planners” which help newlywed fulfill their creative wedding! There are four branches of Amazing Hall located on Taipei which are “ Mingshan, Mingquan, Banquo and Xingchaung”

In regard of our territory, the major two restaurants under“ShangHai Kitchen” and “Amazing Hall” group would continuously expand; also we are cultivating the new development of diversity of food! Therefore, cooperated with Durban International Development Company took over the franchise of Sincere Department store to combine all the resources and elite to build up a new version of gourmet zone named “Urban 1.” Finally, “Urban 1”is going to be officially opened on September 15th 2010 since we have put into all efforts! Sophistication, casual and fun is the dining environment we are aiming for our goal!

About Urban 1

The most famous around Urban 1 was the former Sincere Department store, Hooters, Jolly and Joyce. However, since from this coming September, 2010, new gourmet zone is going to be officially opened named “Urban 1”! No matter what you want to enjoy the feeling of along or a group of people, come to Urban 1! It is a brand new choice for you to dine together!
